What is stupid about buying? Buy a lot at 0.0003, then also at 0002 if it gets there and even at 0001 if it ever gets there. Then sell all at 0004 or 0005 or even at 0009. But it could get to 0.006-a gamble of a wait.
Make some money when the stupid PR comes out.

Unless you really believe this TSTS is DEAD. If so DO NOT BUY. SELL and feel good you are ALIVE.
