VIS had 16,000,000 shares that are no longer in play.

Union Capital had 33,000,000 shares issued on Dec 22nd.

Those are still out there.

Some guy named John Kacinko also has 16,000,000 shares that are still out there.

Won't know until the next filing how many of those are left.
