In the world of Holistic Medicine many people take Ginseng in capsule form. It has a very 'earthy' taste to it and that is the 'plant like' taste. Similar to that organic carrot juice that is out there, except not as dirty as that.

The amount in these beverages make me wonder if THEY could be sold as supplements! .....really though, I do like the cream soda like taste and I think the ginseng blends in well with the carbonation.
