The only ones who benefit a buyback here are the shareholders. A buyback does not benefit companies such as NTEK. Their business is selling shares. It would actually cost them to buy shares back.
People running NTEK are making loads of $$, why change things that are working? If I were in their position of caring less about shareholders, a share buyback is the last thing I want to do. Actually they should just announce it and then not do it. Lots of these types of scams do this, probably see it from NTEK in the future if the volume starts to dry up or they run out of ideas.
