Not only that but how many pink companies even file quarterly and annual reports to the SEC. These things are expensive. This CEO could have easily taken the easy way out but remains current with the SEC.

It's just my opinion, but someone would be crazy to not at least initiate at least a small position in this company based solely on it reporting to the SEC with current financials, the low O/S and very low current price imo.
