Not sure how many O/S there are here now but I thought I saw 435 Mil. Pretty small for a stock trading down here imo.

If the Enterprise Value is 6,160,000 and according to yahoo finance since it's last q and the O/S is 435 mil, it should be worth a buyout pps of .0141 and not .0128.

6,160,000 EV divided by 435,000,000 O/S = .014160919.

Enterprise value can be thought of as the theoretical takeover
price if the company were to be bought. In the event of such a buyout, an acquirer would generally have to take on the company's debt, but would pocket its cash for itself. EV differs significantly from simple market capitalization in several ways, and many consider it to be a more accurate representation of a firm's value.
