revenues for scam company ADTM DROPPED by 50% in the last reported quarter
PERIOD
236T568 ... Well, of course I know, but ...
"what growth?
you DO understand that revenues for scam company ADTM DROPPED by 50% in the last reported quarter, don't you?"
what you obviously DON'T know is ...
Revenue
For the three months ended September 30, 2015, we recognized revenue of $702,892 compared to $1,382,139 in the comparable period of 2014, a decrease of $679,247 or 49%. The decrease was primarily due to the phase out of Flash, resulting in shakeups across the ad-tech space. This occurrence began when Google announced it would automatically start pausing Flash content in its Chrome browser. This issue affected many of our advertising partners who have had to deal with a rapid transition from Flash to HTML5. We are utilizing our HTML5 player to solve this issue, however we are dependent on our partners’ ability to adopt an HTML5 solution. By the first half 2016 we expect the majority of our partners to have adopted our HTML5 solution and for this to no longer be of consequence.

"Can you help me understand the whole issue with the flash situation and how that will affect future revenue growth and how this actually represents an opportunity for Adaptive?"
John Strong
"Sure James I am going to get that question on a more technical level to solve indeed our platform manager."
Sal Aziz
"Hey, James thanks. That's a really good question, so before I start to answer that question, I want to put a stat out there so that people realize how big of an effect of flash paused by Chrome and Firefox has, so just recently stats as of September 2015, 86% of usage, browser usage comes from Firefox and Chrome together, 65.9% being Chrome 20.6% being Firefox, and then the rest Safari 3.6 who already bans flash and the IE makes up 7.2 the remaining of that.
With those stats, you can see that once Chrome and Firefox pauses or blocks flash, they can have a really big effect especially on video views and video created being served. Now one of the things we have done and we forced all this coming with Google warnings last year and before that is that we started building our player with HTML 5 with a flash fallback and what that means is that, if there is a flash environment that is available our player will still be able to support the flash environment but then it is solely HTML 5 and ready for the next browser change.
Although it has an effect on revenue loss now, but as publishers are pivoting and moving into more HTML 5, we are one of the first companies to be ready for this change. And with that, we’ll see our revenues go up, we’ve already see many people reach out to us directly talking about our solutions and how our ad server, which Media Graph also has and/ [our vast parser] which will detect flash tag of flash variables in an ad tag, have reached out to us asking us how our solution can alleviate their pain points and we've done a really good job of answering their question and actually showing examples of how our HTML 5 player will run [base movie] in Chrome and increase their revenues as they make the change."

We believe this represents a significant opportunity for Adaptive Medias; in fact, this issue can even accelerate our growth going into the next year. Although the flash issue hit us in the shorter term it is a longer term opportunity for us and reinforces the value of the media graph platform."
