It is interesting the two companies have almost identical names. Why? Is he accepting deposits in the private company that were presented in the name of the public company? That is a common scheme. Note he is on the private entity, and she on the public, both using the same address.

FINRA may deny any corporate action requests for violation of bad actor rule, including even a simple name change as well as reverse splits.
