NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH!!!
This company has been through three "Presidents" in the last 6 months.
The person behindthis whole SCAM is John Durocher aka John Parker aka inmate # 254948 @ ASPC Safford. John went to prison for fraud for what he did to California Med Spa. Look him up on Mugshots.com. or google California Med Spa.
His partner is Eric Hansen inmate # 259845 @ ASPC Phoenix.
Pina is simply the money behind this scam and the largest share holder, the second the stock goes up she will sell and make a fortune and these people will get away with another scam.
Scott was just an intern that helped these con artists get a hold of this Shell company, he was never President. None of the addresses listed are real, I have been there and looked myself. They did not get the restaurant deal, they are attempting a hostile take over of an Air Conditioning Company in Glendale Arizona and they are already being sued as they did not purchase the company legally.
