You are assuming that there will be no big buyer who steps up and takes all they can at 10 dents or somewhere in that area. IMO we will see someone with deep pockets step in (they already may be doing that) and take all that the diluters can offer. I mean, if you can buy buy 15 millions shares at 10 cents and own 1/4 of the company, wouldn't you?

The opportunity here is a once in a year or two experience imo.
