There is lot of 'responsibility' to go around but the bottom-line for us is who will 'uphold' or rather 'be forced' to uphold their responsibilities... I have lost all confidence in the scumbags at LBHI, they are in Sr Creditors pockets. The best bet I feel is the money JPMC held from LBHI for all the Collateral and I hope Judge Sullivan will rule that JPMC as the Guarantee trustee has to take are of the CTs and JPMC will then inform the Judge that they will pay us from the funds they held as collateral.
