I know energy has gone south, but this is a huge drop?

I am browsing the filings; see 31 million shares offered @ $17.35 in March.

An absolute crapload of 6K's throughout the year (no idea what these are).

What the heck are these guys doing?

Interested in maybe looking at grabbing some but not sure what to make of them.
