was hoping to locate an article that probably should have been included in last post for those that aren't aware but not coming up so will try to locate and and post later - article concerns the reasons one of the 2 new directors came on board and right now KBIO has 2 form 3 markers in place for buying and/or options, and based on what i remember from this article, am not so not sure stock is going to zero, which was my point...
