I did not say GTRQ will be dollars nor did I say the company was painting. What I clearly said, verbatim, Manipulating the close is illegal, legitimate companies do not engage in this activity and/or play games that could illegally influence the price of a security. This is just one of many OTC issues since these securities are often thinly traded and have poor spreads. It is the standard in the OTC by those trying to better the actual picture, and/or to alter a chart. Fact is there was more than a 70% difference between the GTRQ Sell Volume executed at $.0395, and the 100 share paint at $.0684 to mark the close.

I also say there IS GTRQ DILUTION, and NOT ALL shares are restricted until 2017.
