Nobody would make such a statement and if they did, nobody would believe it anyway. To play “what if”, what if ECIG reaches a lofty level of say .55 ‘ish shortly after the 10K. And, what if Strong has a dire need for whatever reason to raise capital? (make up whatever reason you want) How could anyone expect him not to cash in if he were desperate to raise cash? Sheet happens.

I have a different plan for Mr. Strong. At the risk of exposing my ignorance, I’ve been dreaming up a method to see if the short conspiracy and/or stock manipulation exists, and if so, eliminate it and get the PPS moving. The dream goes like this:

Suppose I am a billionaire (or close to it), and I make my money by investing in companies I think have a good chance for success, but have too much risk for obtaining conventional financing. I get paid a real good interest rate along with equity in the companies I invest in.

I currently have almost $70 million dollars tied up in one company that seems like its being manipulated and I don’t like that. The share price is stuck under a quarter and I think it should be much higher. It’s great that I’m receiving (or will be) plenty of return in interest, but when this company starts rolling I can really cash in since I have sooo many warrants I can hardly count them. I’m not sure, but I think I have almost 300 million warrants ranging in exercise price between .21 and .45 cents? And, the guy running this company is a personal friend of mine!

My plan is to immediately start buying stock of this company in the open market. In fact, my first buy order will be for 250,000 shares at .25 and I’ll immediately follow it up for an additional 250,000 shares at say .35 cents. Now, I know they won’t fill at exactly those bids but just for estimating reasons those 500,000 shares would cost me exactly $150,000. BIG DEAL! If I need to double down at DOUBLE that price, it still comes nowhere near a sniff of what I already invested in this company.

Now let’s say all it takes to shake out the “bad guys” is buying those 500,000 shares and the PPS shoots to a reasonable (based on a measly price to sales ratio of 2.7) PPS of $2 bucks per share. Well, for starters the 500k shares I paid $150k for are now worth $1 million and my warrants, if exercised, are worth almost half an F’ing BILLION dollars! Yeah, I get that if I exercise the warrants the dilution makes a big change, but it’s my dream and I’m sticking to it…
