yes look it up here :
mandatory excersize :
"Section 1(i) was added to the Series C Warrants providing for a mandatory exercise of the Series C Warrants 25 trading days after the Company eliminates the current Authorized Share Failure (as defined in the Series C Warrants). At the end of the 25-trading day period, all outstanding Series C Warrants will be deemed to be exercised pursuant to Section 1(d) of the Series C Warrants and the Company will settle all such deemed exercises by delivery of shares of common stock pursuant to the “cashless exercise” formula contained in Section 1(d) of the Series C Warrants. '
1(d) section :
" (d) Cashless Exercise. Solely to the extent of an exercise permitted by Section 1(a)(x) and subject to Section 1(f) below, the Holder may, in its sole discretion (and without limiting the Holder’s rights and remedies contained herein), exercise this Warrant in whole or in part and, subject to the provisions of Section 1(a), in lieu of making the cash payment otherwise contemplated to be made to the Company upon such exercise in payment of the Aggregate Exercise Price, elect instead to receive upon such exercise a cash payment from the Company equal to the product of (i) the total number of shares with respect to which this Warrant is then being exercised multiplied by (ii) the Black Scholes Value (as defined below) (the “Exchange Amount”). In the Company’s sole discretion, so long as the Equity Conditions have occurred the Company may elect to treat such notice as a cashless exercise of the Warrant with respect to the number of shares specified in “A” below for the “Net Number” of shares of Common Stock determined according to the following formula with respect thereto (a “Cashless Exercise”), as follows:
Net Number = (A x B) / C
For purposes of the foregoing formula:
A= the total number of shares with respect to which this Warrant is then being exercised.
B= Black Scholes Value (as defined below).
C= Closing Bid Price (as defined below) of the Common Stock as of two (2) Trading Days prior to the time of such exercise.
"
look at the C = closing bid price 2 trading days prior to excersize
good luck
