Aahh, this is an easy one.

CGRA moved its oil asset into a 100% owned subsidiary. Per the state of Wyoming anyway. ?

You can view the 3 MJ companies listing a CGRA owned property as their place of business. Per the state of Washington anyway. ?

How do I know CGRA owns this property? Well the state of Washington says so. ? All 47 acres and three tax parcels.

Oil revenues were good the first year when oil was $90 to $100 a barrel. Its now a third of that. So oil revenues are down for OBVIOUS reasons. ?
Dolomite sales have been there here an there. They need MONEY to move forward with the dolomite project. Hoping the next bond deal has to do with the dolomite. ;)

Again, CGRA owns plenty of assets that are worth millions. They are working on monetizing these assets now. Hence the MJ build out! BOOM!

Unless the these states are in on the scam too you think?
