From PR last month "International Star can also state that it has received a very substantial commitment from a "cornerstone" investor. Given the interest, the Company is contemplating raising the amount of the offering to $6,000,000, which would fully fund the project into production.

Michael Shea, CEO commented, "This is an exciting time for the Company and our team is hopeful we can close this funding in January 2016. We also have been working on other cash generative initiatives which will announced implemented in the first quarter.
