They never acquired Major League Fantasy. They had no cash to pay for it, had no financing they could complete to buy it, and their stock fell through the floor leaving them no equity to use to execute the deal. It was nothing more than an agreement to buy for $8.5m in combined cash/equity that never happened for the reasons I stated. So Major League Fantasy instead licensed their program to Lat360 which allowed them to brand it as 360 Fantasy Live.
