Matthew 19:24- And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.

It does not appear from these verses that "rich man" is meant to be taken differently or in any other way. Several have said that this means that we cannot earn our way to heaven, which is true. That interpretation is backedup by Scripture.

But why are you listening to a man who does not list Scripture that supports his view? You listed Scripture that has little or nothing to do with what you were trying to say, with the point you were trying to make. It did not validate your point.

You poorly chose Scripture.
