Agreed but when a CEO of a little company such as Elite follows through on what he or she said would be done it is a win-win for that small company and its investors. I have no doubt in my mind that not filing the NDA as NH said he was going to do caused or contributed to the tanking these last 6 trading days. I am also convinced that there is leakage along the way on company business that should be released to all investors at the same time.
