INTENDS means NOTHING has been initiated in a court of law.

IGEX claims there was a agreement. KINA supposedly tweeted that there was not. Until a FACTUAL DOCUMENT can be produced shows a actual LEGAL DISPUTE ...... THERE IS NONE.

This also means since KINA says there is no relationship, THERE IS NO INCOME FROM THEM EITHER.
