no reason to buy. This is suspended and will be dumped to the grey market. They are unlikely to ever file anything again.

There also is an administrative proceeding to decide whether to suspend for another 12 months or simply revoke it.

The only ones suggesting people buy after the suspension are those that hope to dump their shares before liquidity dries up and and the PPS drops to almost $0.0001.
