TOS, Think or Swim, is one of TD Ameritrade's platforms. They have an estimated earnings date listed on their site today of 2/4. But, it is an estimate, not the actual due date. Last quarter, they initially had 11/5 or 11/6 listed, but ECIG announced that earnings would come on 11/9 and TOS adjusted accordingly. The issue is with TDA, not ECIG. I imagine earnings will come exactly when due and that Dan will announce well ahead of time with an earnings call as well.
