YB, according to the rules, they need to file the 10K as accelerated so it's 75 days. (March 15) After the year-end, they officially "exit" accelerated status. Of course we'll hope they go back to accelerated after Q2!

As far as the dopey Feb 4 date being posted, it's coming from brokerage "guesses"...
