"Here's the reports for the past three years."
Not exactly.
There are filings missing from the listing. It appears that they only intended to include what are currently referred to as "periodic and current reports"...which would include 10-Qs, 10-Ks, 8-Ks and any amendments to them.
That's fine (although an explanatory note would be helpful), but it leaves a TON of stuff out that appears on their SEC Edgar listing...important stuff like proxy and prospectus/registration material and SEC correspondence and odds and ends like lateness notifications, any beneficial ownership filings and that FORM 8-A12B that notified the SEC that shares were being listed on NASDAQ. So it's not "the reports for the past three years".
The page, linked from the Investors tab, is headed up "Financial Information" and indeed it offers some of that, but it's by no means comprehensive.
Apart from what is intentionally left out there are a few items that seem to have slipped through the cracks...
8-K of 12/21 (awaiting website update?)
8-K of 11/3 (the 10-Q has been posted and it was filed subsequent to that 8-K)
Several 8-K filings from late 2013 that were filed subsequent to the initial listing of the 10-Q filed on 5/20/13.
It's impossible to know whether the above were edited out for some reason (there is no obvious CONTENT reason), clerical errors or whether the company has linked the information from a fluky data source.
It would be helpful to have this link on the page:
http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?action=getcompany&CIK=0001355250&type=&dateb=&owner=include&count=40
That way, even if the reports for the past three years aren't on the page, they could be found (including those filings that were made prior to the seemingly arbitrary start date used).
This is an easy fix if they want to fix it.
