This deal meets two of MNTA’s stated goals: i) global development of MNTA’s entire FoB pipeline; and ii) 50/50 profit (and cost) sharing.

MYL is a somewhat surprising choice for MNTA’s partner; however, MYL certainly has the global heft to take the lead on marketing the products that eventually emerge from this endeavor.
