.72 a share in cash, but that 2.6 billion debt from the four recently purchased rigs are weighing heavily on the companies finances. No idea how this is going to pan out in BK court, but I still think if this debt is converted into equity it will be a good thing long-term. Coupled with the Petrobas litigation outcome, this could be a solid long-term play.
