When the U.S. DJI is down 400 points, you have to expect that there will also be some selling in OTC shares like SIAF.

Especially if the only reason for the huge sell off world wide is CHINA and it's crash. It would have much less impact if the Dow is down 400% because of say some US earnings disappointments or whatever. So yes, there are sellers because of this and not many buyers. That's rarely a good combination on the biggest crooked exchange called OTC in the world.
