Not sure why the 8K is entitled "Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement"

It doesn't actually say they terminated the contract just they are claiming a breach of contract and want damages.

Seems a bit of an over reach as Social media "rumors" are reasonable easy to contain and counter act if indeed the relationship is solid and working.

We don't want side issues affecting the growth of the company now it has started revenue generation. How critical is the Kina relationship to the companies growth plans?
