Emotions effect interpreting logic. An announcement will come. But it will come at a time that is strategically beneficial. The tweet came out before this week began. Before the China issues, the Saudi Arabia/Iran issues, the North Korea issues, etc. There are plenty of reasons to delay the announcement for timing purposes. Blue-chip companies become blue-chips through effective strategy that increases market valuation. For example, releasing the news at a time that could create a short squeeze, which greatly fuels a surge, is always a good strategy. Right now, short sellers are shorting everything.

Regardless, I don't plan on selling on the announcement anyways, so when it comes, it's irrelevant to my own personal strategy.
