No, apparently not. It isn't like it is going to keep the price of the stock up because the pro's know that anyone can *file* a BLA. It's getting approval that is the hard part. Seriously, your alternate story doesn't make sense. PGS's might (the contention that the Cox Regression for 9901 surfaced after interim look at 9902a) but filing the BLA serves little purpose.
