I don't know - was it a yearly report? As far as I can remember it was just labeled "Letter to the Shareholders"; was there ever a comment or announcement that this was an annual report or update?

In the past it was always stated that the court case had no affect on the company moving forward and signing contracts, etc. Which I never thought was true but now it seems the consensus is just the opposite. I don't know much about corporate law but it sure seems that cases just get delayed and postponed on and on. Is there anything from a legal standpoint that ensures us that this case will truly be heard and settled in the spring, or are we at risk of further delays and waiting more years?
