Colorado is beautiful but it's not an island.

I can see the cruise ships lining up to go to the Virgin Islands just for the "Island Marijuana Vacation Chillin by the Beach" experience.

I imagine people with Cancer, Glaucoma or any other disease needing MM would prefer convalescing on a warm tropical island over many other places on the mainland.
