Has to be a wrong date on that Form 4. Couldn't back date because the prices were higher. A week later, 12/15-12/22 the price got into the .0188 range. Will be interesting to see if the there is an amendment filed.

Biggest issue I see is that the other management who have been there far longer than Flores are not buying in this range. I would think they would know far more than Flores. It is just the case of the new guy being a gullible as the investors because of what he sees in the surface and believes the PR's.

He replaced Love who was hired by Siegel to check off a bunch of boxes that Siegel that would help the image of the company with. An African American woman who worked with FBI. Turns out she knew nothing about Medbox or the industry and was just one of Siegel's pawns. Is Flores the same? Guess we will find out soon enough.
