Yep..This is by and far the lowest float stock at these prices, shares hard to buy and huge demand due to CANCER - Immunotherapy play involved here. This will be at 0.1 in a couple of weeks. Too much demand and less supply - ZERO dilution..

expect JV - and now Europe and Latin America/India wide open for quick and fast trials. They will launch trials through JV, that's why they acquired world wide rights..No other reason

if you have invested in other CANCER biotechs (small and micro) you will know, most do trials are done worldwide first through JV. I know many have done, GALE did through India, ADXS did through india - It was penny stock. BTW - ADXS, now has 400 million market cap..
