Mr. Jefferey M. Canouse, Jeff has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of New America Energy Corp., since August 19, 2013. Mr. Canouse has acted as Managing Member of Anvil Financial Management, LLC since July 11, 2011 where he has offered his expertise to companies in need of restructuring, financing, debt settlement and compliance assistance. Mr. Canouse has over eighteen years of experience in the financial industry, including 13 years' experience in senior management. He is employed at Corpfin.com. He further develops Corpfin's investment banking practice by focusing on new business development in the firm's Private Investment in Public Equity (PIPE) sector as well as cultivating Corpfin's client relationship with its database of investors. He served as Executive Vice President of J.P. Carey, Inc. Mr. Canouse served as the Vice President at J.P. Carey, Inc., a full service international asset management and investment banking firm headquartered in Atlanta, Ga. Mr. Canouse joined J.P. Carey in March of 1995, helping to establish a strong foundation for the family business. He was employed at JPC Capital Partners Inc. Later that year, he pursued an education in the retail markets, receiving training at VTR Capital Inc., in Maitland, Florida.
