Well, as to the financing we all know the history behind it and that they had to find their own investors very quickly in the last minute when they apparenty discovered who TL initially proposed as investors and time will prove to us all the rationale and strategic reasoning behind letting Anson in.

Secondly, it is very easy to look up or recall, depends how close one was watching, that the financing was made BEFORE the company finally launched GW on Azure. Since then that has been undeniably a case, and a very important milestone so one could argue rightly that the terms would not be struck in a similar fashion now...

It feels almost silly to recount the logical...and so recent over and over again...
