This IS a good news from my perspective. Insmed is to present itself on Tuesday at Unterberg conference, that is a great news I expect. The Richmond article is a balanced view, fact search report. The article told all good/bad/risk with the company. We already knew those risks. There is NO way that Tercica can put Insmed out of business or stop the company developing other iPlex-related new drugs. If the court does want to put Insmed out of business, those many iPlex patients will sue the court.

If Tercica/DNA truly own the patents and the patents work, why they stop developing IGF1/IGFBP3 in 1997+/-. Are they fishing?
