What happened to full enrollment by the end of the year?

I believe they changed that to "next several weeks" at the CC. Which could go into Jan '16.

This is most certainly not an unreasonable slip on an estimate given from that far out originally.

As of the time of the CC though, they should have a fairly good timeline prediction. So I would hold them to about end of Jan. After that the criticism would be legit. Not about when it completes, but disclosure.
