extel-with IDCC there is always confusion. Their pubs, incl SEC stuff, are careless and ambiguous. Regarding the E and S/E agreement,The 2002 AnnReport does not use nomenclature TDMA and GSM, but uses TDMA/GSM or TDMA/GSM/GPRS.
Can Ericy or S-E produce a TDMA handset not covered by the agreement?...but that is probably a moot point as there appears no market for it.Question marks/omitted data are the norm in IDCC pronouncements.redhot
