They have no choice but to R/S now. They are maxed out on A/S. Only other thing they can do is raise A/S to 10 Billion. It's the same thing either way. R/S and raise to A/S to 6 billion is as far as they can go without wiping out total company value. Ideally, the company should be at 2 billiob A/S. But. it's too late now.
