Praxsyn transitioned to a company with $29 million in liabilities, very little cash, PPO business is a total failure, now has to factor WC claims at 80%, diluted the stock by 600 million shares, much more to come April 1st,
major lawsuit with TPS pending, cannot pay NHS, cannot pay P4D, in default on many loans, began "reducing staff", predicts lower revenues ahead, may have to restate earnings.
A pretty big transition in such a short time!!
