Thanks for your input... As far as we can see into the future are the applications at hand, some we have not even invented yet and probably do not realize will be a reality. I think of handheld devices as the proving ground for greater things to come and as you stated, data transfer will be the killer app.

As for WiFi, it is a neat technology but limited in scope. Do you really want to go to a Starbucks everytime you want to use a wireless device? Wouldn't it be nice to sit by the pool while on vacation or anywhere else for that matter with your laptop? There are many other examples, but this is just one thought...
