The share structure is an absolute disgrace. For a company that is attempting to establish legitimacy through P&D PR, $ERBB is looking more and more like the rest of the shell scams in the 420 space... I own a small position from a few years back which I held in good faith after booking massive profits during the 2014 run up... Due to debt and shares out there, this POS will never see anything close to those levels ever again!... If you have a dollar and a dream, there are better options to throw money at... It's an absolute joke that $ERBB is financially assaulting their investors and getting away with it...

Watching stocks like this and CEO's lining their pockets by using the market as an ATM machine makes me wonder what the hell the SEC is smoking!!...
