GHS wants all shares GIVEN to them for the $100K "commitment fee"to be registered so they can dump them right away.


Not sure how you think GHS is OK or wants to be a more than 10% holder because they want all shares given to them to be registered so they can be sold but your "DD" of that sure was funny.

Also you seem to have used the old agreement dated 8/6/2015, that "deal" was amended 8/7/2015. Seems like the discount was raised to 40%


"Formula Price" = 40% discount to the lowest "bid price"

Not real sure how that will work, hasn't even been a "bid" in quite some time.

30% or 40% really doesn't matter anymore, it's just more toxic debt that isn't enough to cover the burn rate per quarter nor pay any old debt down.
