ralphm, because of the poison pill.

Having PPHM stock would not give leverage at all. At the most it would set PPHM against that BP.

And if a BP makes an hostile acquisition attempt, which with the PP will fail, then THAT CEO will get fired. His shareholders will say he should have known about the poison pill and the immediate dilution of acquiring party shares.
