Why is it so hard to understand. Nobody wants to pay much or anything for non- exclusivity and we don't want to sell exclusivity unless we get the big dollars and BP won't pay huge dollars until all risk gone. BP would rather pay more than huge dollars when all risk is gone.

It is not that difficult. We think we have astronomical platform and BP says not until proven beyond doubt for the dollars we want.
