$0.8-0.9, you are being conservative or generous. Let me tell you this: if they follow through the 8K that said conversion for 25 consecutive trading day, the pps will hit $.1. Why? Because every time the pps is cut in half, the number common shares needed to convert series C warrant will increase. It is a typical death spiral. The can run out of shares again if the conversion formula is not changed, unless huge news hit that attract traders to absorb the shares.
