Zeev, my apologies. I was describing wCDMA "apples", not GSM "oranges".
My observation was simply that IDCC is unlikely to get nearly as much as 1/4% of wireless sales in wCDMA royalties. (I presume the $80 to $90 MM per year is not only for wCDMA; am I correct?) What they get in GSM royalties is another matter, about which I'm not sufficiently up to speed to offer any comments on your numbers.
It does seem, however, that if IDCC is able to obtain 1/3% or more of the present wireless "pie" as royalty income, and (as I posited) IDCC will be unable to get as much as 1/4% of wCDMA sales, then the long term picture for IDCC is one of obtaining a steadily shrinking piece of a larger pie.
